SLUG IN ACTION
The slug begins to rotate after passing through the rifling of the barrel, which improves the accuracy and range of fire. When equipped with a special wad, the slug also gets additional stabilization in flight and increases the accuracy of fire.
The slug got high enough weight to avoid strong inhibition when meeting with rifling. Therefore, it has tremendous stopping power.
Lead must be hard for the bullet to quickly grab the rifling. It is possible to add about 10% tin to the lead. It is not recommended to use this bullet in a weapon having choke points of 1 mm or more.
